This Plan is Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 482.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 16 Washington Avenue, Niagara Park, being part of SP 84874, as shown coloured light blue and lettered “3 (a)” on the map marked “Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 482” deposited in the office of Gosford City Council.
