1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 478.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to:

(a)	Lots 13–20, Section 15, DP 2240, Eve Street, Narara, and
(b)	Lots 21 and 22, Section 15, DP 2240, Bellbowrie Avenue, Narara,

as shown coloured light scarlet, edged heavy black and lettered “2 (a)” on the map marked “Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 478” deposited in the office of Gosford City Council.
