1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 476.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)	To the extent that this Plan introduces a definition of kiosk, this Plan applies to all land to which the Gosford Planning Scheme Ordinance and Interim Development Order No 122—Gosford apply.
(2)	To the extent that this Plan allows, with development consent, the carrying out of development for the purposes of kiosks and restaurants on certain land, this Plan applies to all land within Zone No 6 (a) Open Space (Recreation) under the Gosford Planning Scheme Ordinance and Interim Development Order No 122—Gosford.

4      Amendment of Gosford Planning Scheme Ordinance

(1) Clause 3 Definitions

Insert in alphabetical order in clause 3 (1):

Kiosk means premises that are used for the purposes of selling food, light refreshments and other small convenience items such as newspapers, films and the like.

(2)	Clause 10 Zone objectives and development control table
Insert “kiosks;” and “restaurants;” in alphabetical order in Item 2 of the matter relating to Zone No 6 (a) in the Table to the clause.
