This Plan is Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 471.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 4–8, Section A, DP 8872, 430–438 Ocean Beach Road, Umina Beach, as shown coloured light blue on the map marked “Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 471” deposited in the office of Gosford City Council.
