1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 468.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 9 and 10, DP 7861, 15 Kurrawyba Avenue, Terrigal, as shown edged heavy black and coloured light blue on the map marked “Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 468” deposited in the office of Gosford City Council.

4      Amendment of Gosford Planning Scheme Ordinance

(1) Clause 3 Definitions

Insert in appropriate order in the definition of Scheme map in clause 3 (1):

Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 468

(2)	Clause 49S Development in Terrigal Town Centre
Omit clause 49S (1). Insert instead:

This clause applies to the following land (the Terrigal

Town Centre):

(a)	land shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 442”, and
(b)	land shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 468”.
