This Plan is Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 467.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 230667, 2 Racecourse Road, West Gosford, as shown coloured light blue, with dark scarlet edging and lettered “3 (b)” on the map marked “Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 467” deposited in the office of Gosford City Council.
