Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 446

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 446.

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to rationalise the residential zone boundary of the land to which this plan applies to ensure the residential character of the locality is maintained.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lots 82–84, DP 11081, Britannia Street, Umina Beach and Lot 86A, DP 411980, Springwood Street, Ettalong Beach, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 446” deposited in the office of the Council of the City of Gosford.

4      Amendment of Gosford Planning Scheme Ordinance

Gosford Planning Scheme Ordinance is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of Scheme map in clause 3 (1) the following words:
