Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 403

1     Name of plan

This plan is Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 403.

2     Aim of plan

This plan aims to permit the use of the land to which this plan applies for the purpose of housing for older people or people with a disability.

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lots 1 to 4, 10 and 11, DP 255797, Karalta Road, Erina, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Gosford Local Environmental Plan No 403” deposited in the office of the Council of the City of Gosford.

4     Relationship to other environmental planning instruments

This plan amends Interim Development Order No 122—Gosford in the manner set out in clause 5.

5     Amendment of Interim Development Order No 122—Gosford

Interim Development Order No 122—Gosford is amended by inserting at the end of the Table to clause 93 in Columns I and II, respectively, the following matter:
