This Plan is Gosford Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 39).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at Manns Road, West Gosford, being Lot 30, DP 1172968, identified as “Hometown” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

4      Amendment of Gosford Local Environmental Plan 2014

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit “12,000 square metres” from clause 10(2).

Insert instead “16,000 square metres”.
