1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Gosford Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 34).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at Manns Road, West Gosford, being part of Lot 1 and

Lots 19–21, DP 270678, and part of SP 84324, known as “Riverside”.

4      Amendment of Gosford Local Environmental Plan 2014

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit “10,700 square metres” from clause 11 (2) (a).

Insert instead “32,870 square metres”.
