1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Gosford Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 27).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land identified as “Gosford City Centre” on the Gosford Local

Environmental Plan 2014 Development Incentives Application Map.

4      Amendment of Gosford Local Environmental Plan 2014

Clause 8.9 Development incentives

Omit clause 8.9 (4). Insert instead:

(4) Development consent may be granted under this clause only if the development application was lodged before 3 April 2016 and not finally determined immediately before the commencement of Gosford Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 27).
