Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Gosford Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 26).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Gosford Local Environmental Plan 2014 applies and, in particular, part of Lot 1, DP 270857, 42 Kings Avenue, Terrigal, being part of the land in the Kings Ridge residential estate.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Gosford Local Environmental Plan 2014 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Gosford Local Environmental Plan 2014

Clause 7.8 Development at Terrigal

Omit clause 7.8 (1). Insert instead:

This clause applies to land identified as “Kings Ridge” on the

Additional Permitted Uses Map.
