HAYNE J: The applicant seeks special leave to appeal against orders of the Court of Appeal of Queensland dismissing an appeal against orders made in the District Court of Queensland in relation to land of which the parties are co‑owners. Although the applicant may intend that not all the parties in the proceedings below should be joined as parties to this application, it is convenient to deal with the application on the assumption that that would be necessary.
Because the applicant is not represented, this application falls to be dealt with under rule 41.10 of the High Court Rules 2004.
There is no reason to doubt the correctness of the decision reached in the courts below. An appeal to this Court would enjoy no prospect of success.
Pursuant to rule 41.10.5 we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application. I publish that disposition.
AT 9.23 AM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
