Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Goods Securities Regulations, 1987.

Prescribed goods (s. 3)

2. For the purposes of the Act—

"prescribed goods" includes a motor vehicle or trailer registered by the Registration Authority for South Australia under the Interstate Road Transport Act 1985 of the Commonwealth (as amended from time to time).
