1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Goods Securities (Fees) Variation Regulations 2007.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 2007.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Regulation 5—delete "the Schedule" and substitute:

    (a)    where application is made using magnetic tape or disc facilities (per security interest)

$9.00

    (b)    where application is made using on‑line facilities (per security interest)

    (c)     in any other case (per security interest)

On application for a certificate of registered security interests (section 9)

$9.00

On application for postponement of a security interest to a security interest subsequently registered (section 12(5))
