An Act to amend the Goods and Services Tax (Temporary Transitional Provisions) Act 2000

The Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as follows:

1. Name of Act

   This Act is the Goods and Services Tax (Temporary Transitional Provisions) Amendment Act 2001.

2. Commencement

   This Act commences on the day it is notified in the Gazette.

3. Act amended

   This Act amends the Goods and Services Tax (Temporary Transitional Provisions) Act 2000.

4. Expiry of Act
   Section 8

   substitute

5. Expiry of Act

   This Act expires on 30 June 2002.
