1. The applicant seeks leave to appeal from the judgment and orders of Gordon J dismissing the applicant's application for orders to prohibit the Federal Circuit Court of Australia from making any finding or order in, or otherwise dealing with, Federal Circuit Court matter MLG 3728 of 2018, and for other associated and incidental relief.

2. There is no reason to doubt the correctness of Gordon J's judgment and orders. An appeal to the Full Court of this Court would enjoy no prospect of success.

3. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
