Application for approval of the Golding Contractors Pty Ltd Kogan Creek Mine Agreement 2024
Golding Contractors Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Golding Contractors Pty Ltd Kogan Creek Mine Agreement 2024 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 15 May 2024. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 7 November 2027.
The Agreement covers the Mining and Energy Union.
