An Act to enable the Governor to vary the

conditions applicable to certain applications

for leases. [24:th December, 1902.]

Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the	BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative
authority of the same, as follows :—

1. This Act may he cited as the " Gold Dredging Leases

Modification Act, 1902.'' 2.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of any Act, all or any of the applications for leases mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and any leases granted in respect thereof, shall be held in all respects as if they had been taken up and held under the Gold and Mineral Dredging Act, 1899, and any Act amending the same.
