Gold Coast Waterways Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Gold Coast Waterways Authority Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Gold Coast Waterways AuthorityRegulation 2012. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Approval of register of assets and liabilities—Act, s 78) Section 3, ‘30 October 2012 is approved.’— omit, insert — 21 March 2013 is approved. Note — The register of assets and liabilities includes the register of assets and liabilities of the State signed by the Minister on 30 October 2012 and approved under this section on 14 December 2012.
