This regulation may be cited as the Gold Coast Pasteurisation Plant (Beaudesert Shire) Amendment Order 1991 . Amended order in council 2. The order in council published in the Gazette on 24 November 1990 at pages 1444 and 1445 is amended as set out in this order in council.

2 Gold Coast Pasteurisation Plant (Beaudesert Shire) Amendment Order 1991 Amendment of first paragraph 3. First paragraph— omit all words from and including ‘ in pursuance of ’ to and including ‘ the Second Schedule hereto. ’ , insert— ‘ under the DairyIndustryAct1989 , makes the following order in council— ‘Short title ‘1. This order in council may be cited as the Gold Coast Pasteurisation Plant (Beaudesert Shire) Order 1990. ‘Interpretation ‘2. In this order in council— “authorised person” means Gold Coast Milk Pty Ltd; “the area” means the area described in Schedule 1. ‘Authorisation ‘3. The authorised person is authorised to maintain a pasteurisation plant for— (a) the treatment of milk and cream at premises situated at the corner of Pine Ridge Road and Gold Coast Highway, Labrador; and (b) the sale of pasteurised milk and pasteurised cream within the area. ‘Term of authorisation ‘4. This authorisation ends on 30 November 1992. ‘Conditions of authorisation ‘5. This authorisation is subject to the conditions set out in Schedule 2. ’. ENDNOTES
