Page 1 1 2 ————— Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Gold Coast Pasteurisation Plant Amendment Order 1991 . Amended order in council 2. The order in council published in the Gazette on 31 October 1981 at pages 927-929, as amended, is further amended as set out in this order in council. Amendment of first paragraph 3. First paragraph— omit all words from and including ‘ in pursuance of ’ to and including ‘ the Second Schedule hereto. ’ , insert ‘ under the Dairy Industry Act 1989 , makes the following order in council—

2 Gold Coast (Pasteurisation Plant) Amendment Order 1991 ‘Short title ‘1. This order in council may be cited as the Gold Coast Pasteurisation Plant Order 1981 . ‘Interpretation ‘2. In this order in council— “area’’ means the area described in Schedule 1; “authorised person” means Gold Coast Milk Pty Ltd. ‘Authorisation ‘3. The authorised person is authorised to maintain a pasteurisation plant for— (a) the treatment of milk and cream at premises situated at the corner of Pine Ridge Road and Gold Coast Highway, Labrador; and (b) the sale of pasteurised milk and pasteurised cream within the area. ‘Term of authorisation ‘4. This authorisation ends on 31 October 1995. ‘Conditions of authorisation ‘5. This authorisation is subject to the conditions set out in Schedule 2. ’. ENDNOTES 1.
