Gold Coast Motor Racing Events Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Gold Coast Motor Racing Events Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Gold Coast Motor Racing EventsRegulation 2003. 3 Amendment of s 1 (Short title) Section 1, ‘ Gold Coast ’— omit . 4 Replacement of pt 4 (Declaration of particular matters for 2007) Part 4— omit, insert— ‘Part 4 Declaration of particular matters for 2008 ‘10 Definition for pt 4 ‘In this part— Gold Coast motor racing event means the motor racing event commonly called the Gold Coast Indy that takes place at the Gold Coast. ‘11 Declared area for Gold Coast motor racing event for 2008—Act, schedule, definition declared area ‘(1) The declared area for the Gold Coast motor racing event for 2008 is the area marked as the ‘declared area’ on the plan called ‘2008 Gold Coast Indy 300 Event Precinct Plan’ prepared and held by the promoter for the event for 2008, trading as Gold Coast Motor Events Co.
