An Act to provide for the destruction of Goats within

the precincts of the Municipality of Geraldton.

[Assented to Mk September, 1881.

HEREAS it is expedient, in consequence of the great increase

Wwithin the precincts of the Municipality of Geraldton, to provide forin the number of Goats, and of the damage caused thereby

the destruction of the said Goats : Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :—

1. It shall be lawful for the Municipal Council of Geraldton to Impounded

2. The said Municipal Council is hereby empowered from time council to make

3. Any by-law or by-laws, and any alteration in, addition to, or By-laws to be

repeal of, any by-law or by-laws made under this Act, when confirmed teklgibligvue and copies thereof shall be laid before the Legislative Council as soon as confirmed, if then sitting, and if not, within fourteen days after the opening of the next Session.
