AN ACT to authorise the grant to the Gnowangerup Road Board of Gnowangerup Lots 5 and 53, with power to sell and apply the proceeds to the improve- ment of Gnowangerup Lot 22.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Gnowangerup Reserves Short title.

2. It shall be lawful for the Governor to grant to the Power to grant certain reserves to

Gnowangerup Road Board Gnowangerup Lots 5 and 53 for	the Board.
an estate in fee simple, with power to sell the same and apply the proceeds, to the satisfaction of the Minister for Lands,
