(Amendment No 2)

1 Name of plan

This plan is Gloucester Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 2).

2 Aims of plan

This plan aims to enable development for the purpose of housing for older people or people with a disability to be carried out on the land to which this plan applies.

3 Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot 2, DP 568133, Lot 11, DP 193003 and Lot 12, DP 193003 in the Parish of Gloucester, being 4571 The Buckets Way South, Gloucester.

4 Amendment of Gloucester Local Environmental Plan 2000

Gloucester Local Environmental Plan 2000 is amended by inserting at the end of Schedule 6 the following matter:

Lot 2, DP 568133, Lot 11,

Development for the purpose of housing for

DP 193003 and Lot 12,

older people or people with a disability

DP 193003

containing a maximum of 100 units, generally

in accordance with Plans Nos 3 and 4 and the

recommendation contained in Section 19 of the

environmental study titled Local

Environmental Study Lot 2 DP 568133, Lot 11

DP 193003 & Lot 12 DP 193003 being 4571

Limited, subject to:

(a)

general compliance with State

Environmental Planning Policy

People with a Disability as if that policy (clause 4 excepted) applied to the subject land, and
