1 Name of plan
This plan is Gloucester Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment
No 2).
2 Aims of plan
This plan aims to enable development for the purpose of housing for older people or people with a disability to be carried out on the land to which this plan applies.
3 Land to which plan applies
This plan applies to Lot 2, DP 568133, Lot 11, DP 193003 and Lot 12, DP 193003 in the Parish of Gloucester, being 4571 The Buckets Way South, Gloucester.
4 Amendment of Gloucester Local Environmental Plan 2000
Gloucester Local Environmental Plan 2000 is amended by inserting at the end of Schedule 6 the following matter:
