HIS HONOUR:   On 15 March 2013, a Justice of the High Court made a direction pursuant to rule 6.07 of the High Court Rules that the Registrar refuse to issue or file a writ of summons presented for filing by Wayne Kenneth Glew without the leave of a Justice first had and obtained by Mr Glew.  By an ex parte application filed on 17 April 2013, Mr Glew now seeks that leave.  The proposed writ of summons is unintelligible.  Leave to issue it is refused. 

The Court will now adjourn.
