2 Gladstone Area Water Board No. 305, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Gladstone Area Water Board Order 1992 . ˙ Determination of other amounts 2.(1) Instead of $10 000, the other amount determined for the purpose of section 23(5) of the Act is $50 000. (2) Instead of $50 000, the other amount determined for the purpose of section 24(2)(a) of the Act is $100 000. (3) Instead of $3 000 and $50 000, the other amounts determined for the purpose of section 24(3) of the Act are $5 000 and $100 000, respectively. ˙ Repeal 3.
