GGV18 v Minister for Home Affairs

The applicant, GGV18, sought judicial review of a decision by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) which refused to grant a protection visa. The applicant claimed to fear harm in Fiji. The AAT had disbelieved parts of the applicant's account and found other claimed fears to be not well-founded.
