No. 23 of 1922.

AN ACT to enable Victoria Location 1229 to be granted in fee simple to the Trustees of the Victoria District Turf Club in lieu of an existing lease, with power to sell, subject to the proceeds being applied to the im- provement of Reserves A 18098 and A 16855, and to authorise a lease of portion of Reserve A 16855 to the said Trustees.

the same, as follows:-

(1.) Victoria Location 1229, as now held under lease

(2.) The grantees may, with the approval of the Gover- nor, sell the land to be so granted for an estate in fee simple, subject to the proceeds of sale being applied, to the satisfac- tion of the Minister for Lands, to the improvement of Re- serves +18098 and +16855.

The Victoria District Agricultural Society may, with the approval of the Governor, lease portion of Reserve + 16885 to the Trustees of the Victoria District Turf Club for a term not exceeding fifty years, and under and subject to such conditions as the Governor may think fit.
