REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1995

Made by the Geraldton Port Authority and approved by the deputy of the Governor in

Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Geraldton Port Authority

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1995.

Part II amended

2. Part II of the Geraldton Port Authority Regulations 1969* is amended by

inserting after regulation 23 the following regulation —

Rate of interest on overdue amounts

23A. For the purposes of section 33 (1) of the Ports (Functions) Act 1993, the rate of interest on an amount outstanding to the Port Authority is 3% greater than the rate of interest published from time to time by the National Australia Bank Ltd. as its benchmark rate of interest.
