Railway from Geraldton to Mullewa.

2. IT shall be lawful to construct and maintain a Railway from

3. NOTWITHSTANDING anything contained in " The Rail-
| Deviation, | ways Act, 1878," it shall be lawful for the Commissioner of Railways to deviate from the line as described in such Schedule to the extent of five miles on either side thereof. |

SCHEDULE.
GERALDTON—MULLEWA RAILWAY.
DESCRIPTION OF LINE OF RAILWAY.
Commencing at a point on the Geraldton to Greenough Railway 6 miles and 75.
chains or thereby from its commencing point on the Geraldton to Northampton Railway, and proceeding thence in an East-North-Easterly direction for a distance of 60 miles or thereabouts; and terminating at or near Mullewa Spring. All in the Land District of Victoria, as more particularly delineated by a red line on map marked P.W.D., WA., 1465, deposited at the Office of the Commissioner of Railways, at Perth.
