I, the Governor, acting under the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 section 9 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council—

(a)

cancel the proclamation published in the Gazette on 11 May 1993 p. 2385; and

(b)

withdraw from The Minister for Transport and vest in the Crown Lot 507 on Deposited Plan 57802 Version 2 held by the Western Australian Land Information Authority established by the Land Information Authority Act 2006; and

(c)

vest in The Minister for Transport constituted under section 8(1) of the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 Lot 508 on Deposited Plan 57802 Version 2 held by the Western Australian Land Information Authority established by the Land Information Authority Act 2006.
