AN ACT to authorise the Construction of a Railway in

connection with the Geraldton Harbour Works.

the same, as follows :—

Short title.

This Act may be cited as the Geraldton Harbour Works Railway Act, 1923.

It shall be lawful to construct and maintain a rail- way with all necessary, proper, and usual works and conveniences in connection therewith, along the line described in the Schedule to this Act.

GERALDTON HARBOUR WORKS RAILWAY ACT, 1923.

Description of Line of Railway.

Commencing at a point on the existing railway near the West end of Geraldton Railway Station Yard, and proceeding thence in a generally West-South-Westerly direction for about 1} miles along the foreshore of Champion Bay ; thence in a generally North-North-Westerly direction for about ;mile; thence in a generally East-North-

Easterly direction for about mile, and terminating at a point in Champion Bay about

mile North of the existing foreshore ; as more particularly delineated and coloured red on a map marked P.W.D., WA., 22924, deposited pursuant to 2 Edward vn., No. 47, Section 96.

Total length, about 2 miles.
