I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Geraldton Foreshore and Marina Development Act 1990 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day of publication of this proclamation in the Government Gazette as the day on which that Act shall come into operation. Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 22 January, 1991.
