An Act to amend The Geraldton and Northampton

Railway Act, 1873.' [Assented to 6th, January, 1888.

HEREAS it is necessary to amend the Schedule to the said

Act : Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of

W

Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :—

Amendment of

1. That the Schedule to the said Act be amended by omitting the words 60 links East of the Water Police Boat House, and opposite the Police Station at,' and inserting therefor the words following at or near the South-Western corner of Francis Street and Marine Terrace.'

Further amend-

2. That the said Schedule be further amended by omitting

3. That this Act may be cited as The Geraldton and Northampton
