Geothermal Energy (Postponement) Regulation 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Geothermal Energy (Postponement) Regulation 2011 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 1 March 2012. (2) In this section— postponed law means an uncommenced provision of the Geothermal Energy Act 2010 . Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 2 March 2012. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 2 September 2012.
