Application for approval of the Tip Top Bakeries (Victoria) Merchandisers Agreement 2021.

[1] George Weston Foods Limited T/A Tip Top Bakeries has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Tip Top Bakeries (Victoria) Merchandisers Agreement 2021 (the Agreement). The Agreement as made includes an undertaking previously given in relation to the predecessor agreement.

[2] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187, 188 and 190 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 23 December 2021. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 8 November 2024.

[4] The Agreement covers the United Workers’ Union.
