MR HILL:   The Court has seen the Minister was applying for summary dismissal of the application.  My learned friend and I have been discussing whether, perhaps, the matter can be discontinued on the Minister giving an appropriate undertaking.  Discussions have started and progressed, but could I ask for this matter to be stood down ‑ ‑ ‑

HER HONOUR:   Stood down for a short period.

MR HILL:   While the parties get final instructions and ‑ ‑ ‑
