GEOFFREY JAMES DONAGHY
v
THE COUNCIL OF THE LAW SOCIETY OF NSW
[2016] HCASL 10
S179/2015
The applicant requires an extension of time in which to seek special leave to appeal to this Court. However, a grant of an extension of time would be futile as the applicant advances no arguable ground of appeal against the decisions of the Court of Appeal. An appeal to this Court would enjoy no prospects of success.
Pursuant to r 41.10.5 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
