Genetically Modified Organisms Control (GMO-free Area) Order 2005

I make the following order under section 5(1) of the Genetically Modified Organisms Control Act 2004 .31 October 2005

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Genetically Modified Organisms Control (GMO-free Area) Order 2005 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 15 November 2005. 3InterpretationThe Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if it were regulations within the meaning of that Act. 4GMO-free areaThe whole of Tasmania is declared to be a GMO-free area.
