Application by agreement to terminate collective agreement- based transitional instrument.

[1] An application has been made by General Practice NSW Ltd, pursuant to Sch. 3 Item 15 of the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009, to terminate the Alliance of NSW Divisions Enterprise Agreement 2004.

[2] On a consideration of the statutory provisions in the context of the matters addressed in the statutory declaration filed in support of the application, coupled with the submissions of Ms H Winklemann, solicitor, I am satisfied it is appropriate to effect the termination. In accordance with the application by Ms Winklemann, the termination will take effect from close of business today.
