AN ACT to amend the General Loan and Inscribed Stock

Act, 1910.

[Assented to 31st December, 1920.]

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia,BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority

of the same, as follows :-

1. This Act may be cited as the General Loan and Short title.

Inscribed Stock Act Amendment Act, 1920, and shall be

read as one with the General Loan and Inscribed Stock

Act, 1910, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    Section eighteen of the principal Act is hereby atinn of

amended by inserting therein, in place of paragraph (a)

of the proviso, a paragraph as follows :-

" (a) that the interest on such inscribed stock or

debentures shall not exceed six and a half per centum

per annum ; and "

3.    This Act shall continue in force until the thirty-first Duration.
