Act N o . 118 , 1980 .

An Act to provide for the appropriation of a certain sum out of the General Loan Account and for the application of that sum for certain public works and services. [Assented to, 4th November, 1980.1

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : —

1. This Act may be cited as the "General Loan Account

Appropriation Act, 1980".

The sum of $587,060,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the General Loan Account for the public works and services set out hereunder and shall, as required, be applied as follows : —
