A n A c t to provide for the appropr ia t ion of a cer ta in sum out of
the Gene ra l L o a n A c c o u n t and for the appl ica t ion of that
sum for cer ta in publ ic works and services. [Assented to , 29 th November , 1978. ]
BE it enac ted by the Queen ' s Mos t Excel lent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Counc i l and Legislative Assembly of N e w South Wales in Pa r l i amen t assembled, and by the author i ty of the same, as follows : —
1. This Act may be cited as the "General Loan Account
Appropriation Act, 1978".
2. The sum of $588,060,000.00 is hereby appropriated from
the General Loan Account for the public works and servicesset out hereunder and shall, as required, be applied as follows:—
