GENERAL LOAN ACCOUNT APPROPRIATION

Act No. 44, 1968.

An Act to provide for the appropriation of a certain sum out of the General Loan Account and for the application of that sum for certain Public Works and Services; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 27th November, 1968.]

pursuance of Clause 3 (9) of Part I of the Agreement set out in the schedule to the Financial Agreement Act, 1944, that the amount to be borrowed for the loan programmes of the Commonwealth and the States for housing and State works for the financial year ending on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and sixty-nine, shall be seven hundred and ten million dollars, and by unanimous decision allocated an amount of one hundred and eighty-two million and seventy thousand dollars to the State of New

WHEREAS the Australian Loan Council at its ninety-fourth June, one thousand nine hundred and sixty-eight, decided in meeting held on the twenty-seventh and twenty-eighth days of

New South Wales for public works, BE it enacted therefore by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:—
