GENERAL LOAN ACCOUNT APPROPRIATION ACT.

An Act to provide for the appropriation of a

certain sum out of the General Loan Account'
and for the application of that sum for
certain Public Works and Services; and for
purposes connected therewith. [Assented

and fifty-seven, decided in pursuance of Clause 3 (9) of WHEREAS the Australian Loan Council at i ts : and twenty-fourth days of May, one thousand nine hundred seventy-seventh meeting held on the twenty-third

fifty-eight, shall be two hundred million pounds, and by unanimous decision allocated an amount of fifty-two million nine hundred and fifty thousand pounds to the State of New South Wales, B E i t enacted therefore b y the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with t he advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Par l iament assembled, and by the authori ty of the same as follows :—

1. This Act may be cited as the " General Loan Account Appropriation Act, 1957."

2 . The sum of fifty-seven million one hundred and eighty-two thousand pounds is hereby appropriated from the General Loan Account for the public works and services hereunder set out, and shall, as required, be applied as follows :—
