GENERAL LOAN ACCOUNT APPROPRIATION

An Act to provide for the appropriat ion of a certain sum out of the General Loan Account and for the application of t h a t sum for certain Public Works and Services; and for purposes connected therewith. [As- sented to , 4 th December, 1952.]

an amount of seventy million three hundred and seventy thousand pounds to the State of New South Wales, BE it enacted therefore by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the "General Loan Account Appropriation Act, 1952."

2. The sum of fifty-nine million and sixty-one thousand one hundred pounds is hereby appropriated from the General Loan Account for the Public works and services hereunder set out, and shall, as required be applied as follows :—
