 These Regulations may be cited as the General Insurance Supervisory Levy Regulations.

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on 1 July 1990.

3Annual rate of general insurance levy

For the purposes of subsection 9 (1) of the General Insurance Supervisory Levy Act 1989, the amount of $16,300 is the annual rate applicable to a leviable day.
