Gene Technology Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1)¹

1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Gene Technology Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

Schedule 1 amends the Gene Technology Regulations 2001.

5AFunctions of the Regulator

For paragraph 27 (l) of the Act, the Regulator has the function of making available inspectors appointed under section 150 of the Act to be appointed as inspectors under Division 7 of Part 3 of the National Health Security Act 2007.
